This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Zarephionix processes refund requests for masterclass enrollments, subscription services, and digital content purchases. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

Eligibility for Refunds

Masterclass Enrollments

Refund eligibility for individual masterclass enrollments is determined based on the following criteria:

Full refunds are available if requested within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content. Partial refunds of 50% may be granted if requested within 30 days of purchase and less than 50% of content has been accessed. No refunds are available after 30 days from the date of purchase or if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed.

Subscription Services

Monthly subscription refunds may be requested within 7 days of the billing date if no masterclasses have been started during that billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within 30 days of purchase, calculated based on unused months minus any masterclasses completed. Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle will remain active until the end of the current billing period without refund for that period.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances: Promotional or discounted enrollments marked as final sale, gift certificates and vouchers once delivered, downloadable resources after download has occurred, live session recordings after the session date has passed, and bundled content packages where individual items have been accessed.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at info@zarephionix.com with your order number, date of purchase, reason for refund request, and any relevant supporting information. Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder or authorized representative.

Processing Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Bank processing times may add an additional 5 to 10 business days before funds appear in your account.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content, contact our technical support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund or credit toward alternative content will be offered at your discretion.

Content Quality Concerns

If course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase, you may request a review within 14 days. Our content team will assess the claim and may offer a refund, credit, or access to alternative content as appropriate.

Medical or Emergency Situations

Requests related to medical emergencies, serious illness, or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. We strive to accommodate genuine hardship situations with flexible solutions including extended access, account freezes, or partial refunds.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to appropriate authorities. We encourage direct communication to resolve any payment concerns before involving your financial institution.

Credits and Alternative Solutions

In certain situations, we may offer account credits or alternative content access instead of monetary refunds. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any masterclass or subscription. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Modifications to Content or Pricing

If we make significant changes to masterclass content after your purchase, you will be notified and given the option to continue with updated content or request a refund. Price changes do not affect existing enrollments or active subscriptions. Grandfathered pricing remains valid for the duration of continuous subscription status.

Refund Policy for Corporate Accounts

Corporate or group enrollments may have customized refund terms as specified in the applicable agreement. Contact your account manager or our corporate sales team for specific refund procedures related to bulk purchases and enterprise accounts.
